Any warranties, support, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, or liability related to those paid services are as specifically stated in the applicable service agreement or quote.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crushedge.com shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the amount you paid us (which for free content and downloads is zero). In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
